Four column three beam hydraulic press is a hydraulic mechanical equipment that adopts a four column and three plate structure. It uses a hydraulic system to achieve compression, which has the characteristics of simple operation, high pressure, and good stability. It mainly consists of oil cylinders, guide pillars, guide sleeves, movable plates, workbenches, and other parts. The guide pillar adopts high-frequency vacuum quenching treatment to ensure tensile and wear-resistant effects. The upper and lower working surfaces are equipped with heating plates, which can adjust the temperature. At the same time, precision ink bearings are used as guides to ensure smooth and stable downward pressure, and the repeated accuracy can reach 0.02MM.
